I just made a visit to have some service work done at Crain Ford / Jacksonville. I left not satisfied. I explained to the service dpt what my problem was and I feel that our conversation was not properly relayed to the technician. With their stupid rules where you cannot go and discuss the problem with the mechanic hampers him in diagnosing the problem. It seems that the individual I talked to is about 25 years old and my 30 years experience as a mechanic didn't mean anything to him. I don't mind being talked down to by someone qualified but someone still wet behind the ears doesn't get it. It seems that his objective was to blame me for the problems I have with the vehicle. I have bought 2 new vehicles from these people now I doubt I will ever darken their door again.

My mom and dad needed a newer car that was easier for them to get in and out of. Mom has bad knees. We went to Crain Ford on Chenal Parkway and worked with Ashton who took special care when showing mom all the vehicles that Ford makes that allowed mom and dad for that matter to get in and out without having to stoop or bend their knees. He must have spent hours test driving and choosing the perfect vehicle for them. They settled on the 2011 Escort. Because he treated my parents with respect and dignity I will always recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. Thanks for helping me and my parents. E. Rogers
