default I had been looking for a used Toyota Sienna for a number of weeks now and found one I liked at Landers.From the Mario the salesman to Brandon the finance guy I never once felt pressurized into buying the vehicle.This was a very easy process I feel I got a fare trade and a good deal on the toyota van.The van only came with one remote and no floor mats which they were quick to get for my wifethey gave her a loaner while they programmed everything.overall I feel they exceeded my expectations.

Sales side is great but when it comes to Service this place leaves much to be desired. Calling them on the phone is either fruitless or frustrating (long waits lots of "disconnects" you seem to be interrupting the person to whom you're speaking). Seeing them in person well just be sure to have plenty of hours set aside even for just an oil change. Seems like the parts I need will take a week or longer to get in and I try not to order from them because of the long wait to just pick the part up or Heaven help you if you have them install the part. Like I said Sales people are fine but if you plan to have the dealer provide service for your vehicle I hope you have more free hours in your day than I do. I've been a customer for over 2 years and I've never waited less than 2 hours to get my oil changed regardless of the time of day or day of the week.

If you are looking for a Toyota or Scion this is the place to go! The staff is friendly and very knowledgable. I never felt preesured into buying anything.
