Today I went to Starbucks to purchase 1 pumpkin spice coffee and 1 cinnamon dulce latte. When I arrived home I found 1 coffee and 1 cinnamon dulce latte with the tall cup half full. I am extremely disappointed not only because of the mistake in service but the money that I have now wasted on your product. I decided to not go back to the store and also waste my gas since I have already wasted money. I repeated my order twice at the drive through and again when I arrived at the pick up window so I know there was no misunderstanding with the order. Maybe I will try another store then again maybe not!

Starbucks in Little Rock AR. They all need to get their act together with: better service getting orders right and charging the correct price. IMO The best Starbucks in the general area is the one in N.L.R - in Barnes and Noble.

need my caffeine!!!! I am so addicted to my Starbucks! I can't pick my favorite....pumpkin spice mocha peppermint mocha caramel etc. I like all the frappuccinos! The only things that could be better are the prices and the service. I think that it probably just takes a little time to make them so there's probably no changing the waiting time. The price - could there be coupons? It's a busy location right on the corner of two busy streets with not much parking. Inside the atmosphere is great although I am always picking up for several others and can't stay. They have wireless internet desserts and places to sit and enjoy your order. I think that I'm going to go broke with Starbucks!!!
