Disappointing experience. Took Jeep in to find out why license plate light was not working and $150 later was sent home without brake lights (found out when I was pulled over and given a warning ticket). Returned to find out why brake lights did not work and was sent home without windsheild wipers (found out a few days later in rain! Not good!) Decided against returning to Naylor and instead took Jeep to local Exxon to find out why wipers did not work and discovered Naylor had unplugged a wiper module under the dash and reversed plug when reconnected. This shop does not do the high quality work the original owners were known for and although nice enough people I would not recommend them.
