default I agree with Mike. This guy has ripped off my mother and friend before.... He s a real piece of work. Do NOT USE him.

I was not happy with my experience here. I was not told how much the repairs would be be prior to the completion. Despite my speaking with the owner and the mechanic. twice before walking over there. When I called I was told they are "testing" it. When I walked over to check on my car he said it was fixed. I didn't know he was going to fix anything...what did he do? What do I do. He has my key and wants me to pay $500 for what the I later found out the dealer would have charged only $220 for. Dealer said it was a simple fix on my car. Granted there was some diagnostic work...so give Jai $90 for the diagnostic fee as listed on my invoice. Thats still about $200 over-priced...for installation of 2 (O2) sensors. My check engine light is still on and my wallet is a lot lighter. I would have been more inclined to let him continue to try and fix my car if I had not be gouged so bad right out of the gate. $500 for what is a simple fix in the driveway for the slightly inclined. I just got lazy and wanted to get it fixed the easy way figuring that a local mechanic would be better than the dealer...guess again. Dealer had him beat in price by 50%. I can't recommend Jai based a few factors. 1. the inability to return a phone call 2. the inability to notify a new customer what he found before engaging in costly work. 3. the steep markup on parts...almost twice what local parts store has exact same part and brand. 4. inability to recommend resoultion to my check engine light still being on. I will not be back. Just can't justify the steep prices.

COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND WILL RECOMEND TO ALL. Very Friendly and courteous. The customer is truly # 1 at this shop. Always willing to help. They also have the lowest price and best service in town. If you have a european or exotic car Jai's is the best place to have it serviced. Excellent experience.
